29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a) Jobsite: 16 Anderson Rd, Parker Ford, PA - As the controlling employer, authorized employees required to perform servicing and maintenance of equipment, including clearing jams were not trained in the recognition of hazardous energy sources in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary to control and isolate the hazardous energy sources.
