The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. a) On the Rapid Pak Flex3line. The penalty will be reduced to $6000.00 and paid in full by March 1, 2020. The employer further agrees to conduct an enhanced on site machine guarding audit.
