29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(ii): The employer did not inform contract employers of the known potential fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to the contractor's work and the process (Construction Reference 1926.64): (a) On or about October 11, 2019 - M1/M2 area, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when employees were not informed that pipes in the M1/M2 were used to transport chemicals such as, but not limited to, TFE, R22, PFiB, HPB, C-318, HB, MeOH, terpene, and acid. Polymerization and decomposition could result in chemicals such as, but not limited to, HF. Employees had been told that the only hazard was a TFE explosion.
