29 CFR 1910.38(f)(1): The employer did not review the emergency action plan with each employee covered under the plan when the plan was developed or when employees initially were assigned to a job. Location: Channel Fish Processing Company, 200 Commerce Drive Braintree, MA The employer did not review the Emergency Action Plan with the contractors cleaning the machinery within the facility where the standards required the employer to do so which exposed the contractors to entrapment during emergencies due to chemical release, weather, violence in the workplace and fire hazards.
