29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack: a) On or about November 9, 2019, at the worksite located at 2800 9th St. W. Bradenton, Florida, the employer did not ensure that an employee working beneath a lifted vehicle with jack stands, had blocked/chocked the back tires and applied the vehicle parking brake, exposing the employee to struck-by/crush-by hazards.
