29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): Any ladder with structural or other defects is immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced; Shipyard: On or about 12/20/2019, multiple step-ladders and extension ladders with structural or other defects were not immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use". Instance 1: Aluminum extension ladder had no labels/decals to inform the user of the ladder type and weight capacity. Instance 2: Fiberglass step was shorten/modified by cutting the rails shorter. Instance 3: Fiberglass stepladder had no labels/decals to inform the user of the ladder type and weight capacity, and was covered in paint preventing the identification of defects and damage during inspection.
