The bulk storage room contained five Chart MVE 1842P-150 tanks and numerous shipper or Dewar containers that contained liquid nitrogen and were not labeled with the appropriate information and hazard warnings. Liquid nitrogen is a simple asphyxiant and displaces oxygen. This condition exposed employees to the hazards associated with liquid nitrogen.
