29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. On or about November 8, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the exit route in the stock room was kept clear and unobstructed from boxes, merchandise, and product carts (U-boats) exposing employees to injuries in the event of an emergency. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1309164, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7 2018, with a final abatement date of November 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1605 Morrissey Dr., Ste. 106, Bloomington, IL 61704; Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2018, with a final abatement date of September 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1155 S. Havana Street, Unit 23, Aurora, CO 80012; and Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070970, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2015, with a final abatement date of October 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8600 W. Cross Dr., Littleton, CO 80123.
