29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: On or about 11/7/2019, at Assura Windows and Doors LLC, 1543 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. a. Doors department - Employees were exposed to a tripping hazard while working in an area where an electrical conduit was raised approximately 4-inches above floor level. b. Line #3 - Employees were exposed to tripping and slipping hazards while assembling windows standing in an area where cardboard was laying over floor without being secured.
