OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to fall hazards: a. At, or near, the Nocatee entertainment stage, located at 245 Nocatee Center Way in Ponte Vedra, Florida; On or about October 25, 2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the leveling jacks for a JLG brand, model 36AM, vertical personnel lift, were not used as an employee was elevated in the lift, to approximately 15-foot above ground level.
