29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: 4 November, 2019, North grain pit station --Employees were exposed to injuries and illnesses including, but not limited to respiratory failure in that medical services were not locate within a reasonable proximity and there was a lack of adequately trained persons to render first aid.
