29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who were subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level on any day, or who were subject to exposure to lead compounds which may cause skin or eye irritation (e.g., lead arsenate, lead azide) in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.62 and the employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: a) 125-133 West 2nd Street, Plainfield, NJ 07060 - Outside lot The employer did not ensure that each employee subject to exposure to lead compounds, received training prior to the time of the job assignment. Employees performed work duties such as but not limited to cleaning up debris materials containing approximately 30% lead paint. Condition observed on or about 11/05/19. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
