29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: On or about October 12, 2019, on floors seven through eighteen of the Hard Rock Hotel construction site at 1031 Canal St., New Orleans, LA, employees performed steel erection activities where means of egress were not maintained as to allow free and unobstructed egress.
