29 CFR 1926.303(c)(3): Portable abrasive wheel(s) used for external grinding were not provided with safety guards: At the job site located at the intersection of Oak Street and 107th Street: Employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard. A laborer re-assembling manhole covers was using a grinder with no guard installed. Employee was using DeWalt DWE 4 1/2" angle grinder with no guard installed.
