29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. location: scaffold erected around exterior of building on or about: 10/30/19 a) Employees, engaged in masonry work from a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with adequate fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of up to 28 feet. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
