29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: a. At the anodizing department located at 301 Commerce Blvd. in Oldsmar, Florida, on or about October 30, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to skin burns when they were allowed to walk and stand over the ledge of the seal dip tank # 10 containing a sealing solution of nickel acetate at a temperature of 180º F. The employer did not select the appropriate foot and thermal protective clothing.
