29 CFR 1926.1407(a): Before assembling or disassembling equipment, the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section, as follows: a. On October 25, 2019, the truck crane and boom was operating within 10 feet of the overhead power line and eventually made contact, exposing employees to an 26,000-volt electrical hazard.
