29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(i): A procedure was not utilized to afford the employees a level of protection equivalent to that provided by the implementation of a personal lockout or tagout device when servicing and/or maintenance was performed by a crew, craft, department or other group: a. At the transfer cart area, on or about 10/10/2019: Two employees were performing maintenance on a transfer cart which has electrical, hydraulic and mechanical energy sources. The employees did not use a procedure which provided the same level of protection as individual lockout when group lockout was performed.
