29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: On or about October 9, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the Water Sanitizing Electrical Control Panel, the employer did not ensure live electrical terminal blocks were guarded from accidental contact, exposing employees to electrical shock or electrocution hazards.
