29 CFR 1926.754(e)(5): Except as provided in 1926.760(c), metal decking was not laid tightly and immediately secured upon placement to prevent accidental movement or displacement: a) Southbound I-400 to Eastbound I-285 Flyover Ramp, Bridge #21, Span #15 at Column #16: On or about 10/03/2019, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that metal decking was immediately secured to the angle iron before employees used the metal decking as a walking/working surface.
