29 CFR 1910.151(c): Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about September 25, 2019, at the KIK Custom Products Processor Tank Farm in Houston, Texas; the employer failed to provide an eye wash and shower stations or any other means for quick drenching within the processor tank farm area for immediate emergency use when corrosive materials such as but not limited to 16% concentrated bleach was contained in piping and transfer tanks.
