29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Location - 50 Industrial Place, Newton, MA: On or about 10/01/2019, employees were exposed to crushing hazards when using a Fenn metal forming machine that was not guarded. H C Starck Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.212 (a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287236, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/06/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 21801 Tungsten Road, Euclid, OH 44117.
