29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(ii): When work was performed at least 6 feet (1.6 m) but less than 15 feet (4.6 m) from the roof edge, the employer did not ensure each employee is protected from falling by using a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system. Or, when performing work that was both infrequent and temporary, the employer did not use a designated area: (a) Roof - On or about September 23, 2019 the employer allowed employee to work on roof without fall protection and did not establish a designated area exposing the employee to fall hazards.
