29 CFR 1926.1204(d)(1): The employer did not provide testing and monitoring equipment needed to comply with paragraph (e) of this section and ensure its use: a) On or about 9/20/2019, 304 Front Street, Binghamton, NY Tank #1 and #2: An employee was required to enter into 10,000 gallon gasoline storage tanks, to clean and prepare it for removal. The employer did not provide monitoring equipment with the length of tubing necessary to access all strata of the space and ensure its use. Abatement verification is required for this item.
