29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Store - On or about September 20, 2019, a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1393119, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/9/15 with respect to a workplace located at 3565 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30606. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084718, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/15 with respect to a workplace located at 7227 S.R. 54, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
