29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(B): The employer did not ensure the power industrial truck operators were trained on the composition of loads to be carried and load stability. a) On or about 9/6/19, 10/7/2019, 11/5/2019, and 2/3/20, #8 Estate Cottage, Christiansted, V.I., powered industrial truck operators were not trained on how to properly lift and transport cement bags weighing approximately 3,200 lbs.
