29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) Two Story Single Family Frame Home (Exterior Front): Employees engaged in roofing work using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing eye and face protection. The employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing material were provided with eye and face protection, thus exposing employees to projectile eye hazards, on or about 9/5/19.
