29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about September 9, 2019, at 3012 S. 24th street in Kansas city, KS. Employees operating the 1 ton, monorail crane, located at the north east corner of the warehouse, and employees working in the area, were exposed to struck-by hazards. The pendent controls were not marked to identify the functions of the control buttons.
