29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about August 19, 2019, annual audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's machine specific energy control procedures were not completed as required. Energy sources used at the facility include, but are not limited to; electricity, gravity,hydraulic and pneumatic energy.
