29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: (a)Glacial Lakes Livestock, Inc. at 1005 9th Avenue Southwest, Watertown, SD, 57201: On or about and at times prior to August 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees performing work on the catwalk, which was located on the east side of the barn, were protected from fall hazards. The catwalk top rail had a top edge height of approximately 32 inches. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
