29 CFR 1910.140(c)(16): Personal fall protection systems and their components were not used exclusively for employees fall protection and not for any other purpose, such as hoisting equipment or materials. (a) On or about August 14, 2019, employees were installing new piping with personal fall protection systems and were using the fermenter tanks eyelets at the top of the tank for anchor points which are designed to hoist the tank and not for fall protection anchor points.
