29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: Schwan's MaMa Rosas LLC in Sidney, Ohio, in Production Room Two: On or about August 2, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were adequately trained on the Grote Pepperoni specific energy control procedures. Employees tasked with the performance of activities such as, but not limited to, cleaning of the Grote Peperoni Machine and blade guides were exposed to amputation and caught in hazard in that the equipment was not adequately de-energized.
