29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 08/05/2019 in the saw department; where employees were exposed to moving machinery while performing servicing and/or maintenance such as straightening boards/picking up boards near the "auto stacker" while the "auto stacker" was running. The employer's policy was to put the machine controls in "manual" mode when entering the area (not to de-energize and lock out). ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
