29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) On or about 7/31/19 - Production Line, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when bypassing the Safety Doors Interlock mode from the Human Machine Interface (HMI) Console on eight Tabbing Machines with the doors to the machinery in an open position.
