29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about 07/29/2019, at 50 Crestwood Court North, Building 1500, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33461, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 19 feet to ground level while using an extension ladder that did not extend 3-feet beyond a landing surface, to gain access to a roof of an existing building.
