29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(vi): The employer did not require that the operator of crane(s) avoid carrying loads over people: The employer is failing to protect employees form the hazards associated with working under suspended loads. This was most recently documented at 4025 E 23rd St, Columbus, Nebraska on July 20, 2019 when an employee was working under a load that was suspended by an overhead crane. The load fell onto the employee resulting in severe injuries.
