29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected: a) Ethanol Plant, Ethanol Pump/Loading Area - On or about July 24, 2019, employees dispensed gasoline, a Category 1 flammable liquid, from an intermediate bulk container into an ethanol tanker truck without electrically interconnecting the container and the tanker, thus exposing employees to flash fire hazards.
