29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, holes, leaks, spills, snow or a build up of ice. On or about May 31, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure the freezer floor was free of slip, trip and fall hazards due to a build up of ice from a water leak up in the ceiling, exposing employees to fall hazards.
