29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): Walking-working surfaces not otherwise addressed. Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of 29 CFR part 1910, the employer must ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by: (a) During the week of July 22, 2019 in the Orange Cell employees working on the top of the Pacific Straightside W/C 501N were exposed to fall hazards from the access point where and back side of the press. (b) During the week of July 22, 2019 in the Orange Cell employees working on top of the Pacific Straightside W/C 501N were exposed to fall hazard on the top of the press down to the pit approximately 6' deep.
