29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about July 23, 2019 - Transport roller area next to Wiz1 press, employees were exposed to tripping hazards when the employees were required to walk backwards over equipment braces, pipes, and tubing to help trusses from the Wiz1 press onto the transport rollers.
