29 CFR 1910.35: The employer did not demonstrate compliance with the exit route provisions of NFPA 101-2009, Section 7.1.10.1, as adopted by OSHA reference standard 1910.6 in that: "means of egress was not continuously maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fir or other emergency: Argos USA LLC, Doraville, GA - On the elevated walkway (catwalk) leading to the main office, employees were exposed to a trip/fall hazard from 2 to 4 inch edge elevation and pathway depression in an exit route that could cause a tripping hazard during an emergency escape from the elevated work area, on or about April 10, 2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
