29 CFR 1926.952(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of this section with the employees involved before they started each job. On or about July 11, 2019, employees were exposed to electric shock and electrocution hazards where the employer failed to ensure that the employee in charge conducted an adequate job briefing to identify any specific hazards associated with the work to be conducted.
