29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 07/16/2019, MOST Inc., located at 50 Cherry Blossom Way, Troy, MO, did not conduct a complete periodic inspections of their Energy (LO/TO) Program. There were at least 3 authorized employees that were missed within the latest inspection/review. The employer had various furnaces with multiple electrical sources to lockout along with gas supply and chemical supply processes to lockout.
