On or about July 12, 2019, Stock Room: In the areas designated for the storage of Home Decor, Beauty, Housewares, Chemicals and Party goods, product was stored in unstable piles measuring 11 feet high. Product had been thrown to the top of the pile and not stacked securely. Employees work in the Stock Room on a daily basis and off-load trucks weekly. The storage could topple and create a tripping hazard, and would provide ample fuel for a fire.
