29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 7/9/2019, at Burke Brands LLC located at 521 NE 189th Street, Miami, FL 33179, an employee using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Oasis 115 XP (with a pH of 11.25-12.5) and Mikroklene (with a PH of 1.75), while cleaning and sanitizing, without having a quick drenching or flushing facility for eyes readily available.
