29 CFR 1926.50(d)(2): The contents of the first-aid kit were not checked by the employer before being sent out on each job or at least weekly on each job to ensure that the expended items were replaced: At a worksite located at 6760 West Farm Road 68, Willard, Missouri 65781, employees were exposed to serious injuries. The first aid kit which was located in the utility bucket truck that the employees would use to treat injuries sustained while conducting work in the field expired August 2015.
