29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) Worksite was located at Building 60; 6001-6006 Tudor Drive, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 Employees performing re-roofing work on Building 60 of The Glens were exposed to fall hazards as they were working with a six foot tall Werner a-frame step ladder that was used in its folded position to access and egress the upper roof elevation. Violation was observed on July 5, 2019.
