29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) 247 West Union Street, Newark, NY, on or about 6/27/19: Employees were cutting concrete side walk composed of crystalline silica with a Stihl Demo Saw without using a saw equipped with an integrated water delivery system that continuously feeds water to the blade and an employee was working in the same area. The employer did not implement a written exposure control plan for Silica.
