29 CFR 1915.12(e): The employer neither established a shipyard rescue team nor arranged for an outside rescue team to respond promptly to a request for rescue service. (a) Fred Wahl Marine Construction - On or about June 17th, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the local volunteer fire department cannot promptly respond to a confined space rescue because they are not trained and certified to perform confined space rescue.
