29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(i): Locks, tags, chains, wedges, key blocks, adapter pins, self-locking fasteners, or other hardware were not provided by the employer for isolating, securing or blocking of machines or equipment from energy sources: a. 420 Ridgefield Rd., Hillsborough, NJ The employer did not ensure locking devices were provided for all procedures to control hazardous energy in the specific procedures developed. Employees preforming maintenance activities for equipment that included, but was not limited to, Nissei, ASB Stretch-Blow Molding Machines, were not provided devices to secure the cooling water valves when locking out the equipment. Violation occurred on or about July 10. 2019 through at least July 18, 2019
